Who can I contact with issues relating to lessons/ homework assignments?

Tutors can be contacted via the Electa Live student portal following log in or by contacting classes@firstclassstudy.com. For any other issues contact can be made through admin@firstclassstudy.com. Alternatively our free phone number and organisation number can be used. We will endeavour to respond to all queries as quickly as possible.

Can I cancel scheduled lessons?

We do have a 24 hour cancellation policy, but you can reschedule any lesson as long as it is before the 24 hour period. Students will not be charged for the first accidental occurrence where they have missed a lesson. However, without notice a charge of 50% of the hourly rate will be made to the Student/Parent account. Lessons can be cancelled provided that at least 24 hours notice is given in order that prepaid reimbursements can be made. Schedules can be viewed online and cancellations made. Alternatively contact classes@firstclassstudy.com

How long are lessons?

Lessons are for an hour duration and it is important that students arrive punctually and no later than 10 minutes following the scheduled start of the lesson and no earlier than 5 mins before that start of the lesson.
